@philabooks Introduces On-line Equestrian Titles

PHILADELPHIA -- @philabooks+philadelphia, an
online equestrian bookdealer, has recently
introduced scores of new and classic titles.

@philabooks has expanded its foxhunting category,
and now offers, as well, an increased selection
of affordable classic titles, including all the
works of Margaret Cabell Self, many in first
editions. The on-line bookshop also continues to
emphasise polo-related books and out-of-print
horse magazines.

@philabooks+philadelphia was founded as a family
partnership in 1999 with a sales office in
Philadelphia and a buying office in London.
Though the London office has since closed,
replaced by frequent book-buying trips,
@philabooks still maintains an inventory that's
heavily British oriented.

The bookseller is one the few North American
sellers of the definitive ridingwear manual,
'Clotheshorse: A History and Guide to Riding
Apparel,' by equestrian writer Richard Carreño.
