Bush Bashes Health Care

More than 46 million Americans lack medical care insurance.

Moreover, according to the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers, four million more people are uninsured since President George W. Bush took office.

Employers are responding to growing cost pressures by shifting costs to workers, especially through larger co-pays and deductibles that must be paid at the time of treatment.

The number of workers receiving medical insurance from their employers has dropped for two consecutive years.
